Outpost Tideline

Outpost Tideline is a settlement-builder with a strategic edge. You claim a stretch of coast, manage resources, and plan defenses against rising tides and the occasional raiding party. The pace is slow and deliberate, which suits short phone sessions surprisingly well.

The clever part is how the map changes with each tide cycle, forcing you to rethink layouts you thought were safe. I lost a harbor to my own bad planning and immediately wanted to start over and do better.

Everything runs offline, including the longer campaign. Menus are a touch dense, but once you learn where things live it flows nicely.
